don't be so dramatic...all it needs to do is spin off its publishing unit into a separate entity. there we go...
everyone knows that print is pretty much dead, just as VHS went to DVD....and as DVD's are going to the net.....that's why pretty much all newspaper publishing companies are running in the red.
there is a nice base of die hard periodical fans....but the numbers seem to be declining as those that are not internet savvy are a dying breed.
