The notoriety she gets from the rehab shows (which is much greater than porn fame) has to be as addicting as drugs for someone like her. She seems to have the textbook stripper mentality of seeking constant affirmation wherever she can get it. And of course a whore defines affirmation much differently than healthy, well-adjusted people ("it's ok daddy, you can touch me").
