That's the "dynamic skin softener" from the Niks Color Efex 3.0 that I just bought. I'm a little addicted to it-- it looks great on my photos with soft, even light, but with on camera amateur flash it can look more airbrushed than I'd like-- even on the lowest setting (which it is). I photoshop almost all my photos-- it's the perfectionist in me. And honestly, I'm getting old and I need it. I'm sure some untouched press photos will go up soon and you can see me in all my horrifically unretouched glory.
