I have a distant cousin who lives(lived?) there and she couldn't understand how I can live in California. "The earthquakes will kill you" and such,but how often do earthquakes kill anybody. I'd think more die from tornadoes.

I had no idea there were any deaths until I read this...I live in Tulsa--the storms were bad to the west of us and it took a northern direction before it came our way so we were clear...
