There are some plastic surgery procedures that I think are terrible, and there are some that I think are helpful if you're a model and you're making your career off of your looks. I don't like to advocate plastic surgery for the masses, but again if your income is directly proportional to the way you look, and there is a flaw that can be fixed in a way that will look fairly natural, then I say do it if that's what you really want. Things like butt implants, calf implants, cheek implants, and lip injections I think always look weird, but things like breast implants, chin implants, and nose jobs can really help your career. Of course there are girls who get the procedures I just mentioned that don't need them, but for those who do, go for it. Whatever makes you feel more comfortable with yourself. Just as long as it doesn't turn into an addiction and you start getting everything done...
