Good Eye 4SB and thanks for the leads. Yes she sounds Euro. She doesn't say much "I don't know..I think he doesn't like me...yah..." and then her mouth is pretty much full for the rest of the clip.

I downloaded the clip back in 2004 - pretty sure it wasn't from here - and recently I was archiving files off the hard drive and now here I am trying to find more of her material. Her name is "Natalie" in the clip and the black guy is called Jose - he sounds "non-American" as well.
