Thanks everyone for your input, but I guess that I will just keep my old set of knives which is Tools of the Trade because I am just too cheap to spend any more money. Those expensive knives definatly look cool, especialy the all-black ceramic one.

There is an old guy here in NYC that sells peelers, he said that even Julia Roberts likes them.

Maybe there should be an Alex brand of knives?
