Congresspersons (make the law)/cops (enforce the law)/lawyers (depending on how much $$$ you got to give will or will not be your savior)/judges (interprets the law)/guards (glorified babysitters)/probation and parole personnel (the person that takes you back to the DOC after you violate this)....and then we rinse, lather and repeat again...and again...so on and so forth.
