I want to rant about the state of mainstream movies today. Is there no director, producer, or writer that can conceive of an original idea? Damn it, does every single movie that comes out have to be a sequel or remake or based on someone else’s idea? Look at some of the movies out now I Robot, Spiderman 2, Cinderella Story, King Arthur and Shrek 2. Look what is coming out The Manchurian Candidate, Alien Vs. Predator, The Exorcist: The Beginning, and Thunderbirds. I am not saying that these movies aren’t any good but Jesus fucking Christ where are the original story ideas and creativeness in the mainstream movies today? This is just my two cents so back to your porn and corn chip infested lives.
