Once again; who was giving Max this legal advice? His decision to make "European Only" editions was absolutely stupid; he basically admitted right there it would be declared obscene by saying that American standards are so much less hardcore than "European" ones...

Max should have made one single cut, distributed it himself and stuck to a solid argument; Jeffrey Douglas has been obsessed with all these weird interpretations of "secondary producers" for years and convincing his clients to go along...and this time it blew up in Max's face.
