His lawyers ran a terrible fucking case, full of blunders and all it did was cost Max hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of dollars. If anything its strengthened obscenity cases, not weakened them. This should be a big wake-up call to anyone thinking about retaining Jeffrey Douglas or Lou Sirkin.
