I'm on a Mac too. Open the photo--it should open with the Preview program. Go to TOOLS in the menu bar, drag down and click on ADJUST SIZE. Make sure it is 72 dpi and maybe 6 x 5 inches or something in that range. Then just upload as instructed above without the right-click business.
