Your surgeon did a really good job, pretty. Very neat & clean incisions. I'm sure he/she told you the bunching at the bottom is normal for a vertical/LeJour lift and will resolve over the next few months.

Gotta take issue with Gia's comment though unless I'm having an ADHD moment. Moisture is the key to less scarring. You want to keep applying bacitracin until the scabs fall off and immediately apply these:

And there is no laser that removes scars completely, though Fraxel is probably your best bet.
