If you're this happy, Pretty, don't get implants. I think your md did a great job. It really makes your entire body look more toned and they're proportionate. Personally, I'd like to see some implants in you, but don't. The thing with plastic surgery is that if you are completely piss your pants happy with your results, getting a re-do or an enhancement just to improve that 0.001% of the result you're not happy with, only results in fucking with perfection. That's what happened on my second nose job. All because if you looked close enough very very hard reeeeally thinking about it, it was slightly uneven. I should've stayed with the first one.
