Lyle Alzado was a brain tumor from all the gas he took trying to make it back to the NFL I thought. Giambi, pituitary tumor from the juice. Former wrestler Superstar Billy Graham had people on the net basically begging for someone to donate part of their liver because his was shot from steroids, although I'm sure painkillers had a bit to do with it. It could all be bullshit, but I'll still dream of a crying Barry Bonds one day pleading for a liver donation while trying to stiff baby mommas out of his millions.
