The nude human body (regardless of age) is not obscene (with the possible exception of your body) and, therefore, not pornographic.
Nudity, in and of itself, is NOT illegal at any age.

If you are unfamiliar with the "Roth Standard" or the "Miller Test" you should edjewmakate yourself before opening your gob trap and once again displaying the incredibly high level of ignorance you possess in your chosen field.

(That is, of course, assuming you're not too stupid to learn.)
