As if kids at that age aren't fucked up and confused enough sexually with all shit they go through both biologically and with their peer group. Hey, let's fuck them up even more by stigmatizing any sexual feelings they have! Make them more fucking self-conscious and confused! Fuck I hate the whole idea of sex 'laws'. Ignorance and fear win again....
