Wow, underage nudity is against the law? That's a truly dumb statement. Nudity isn't porn; and CP ISN'T porn; it's abuse. Teens taking pics of themselves isn't child abuse, stupid maybe, but not abuse, and certainly not worthy of destroying their lives. There are better ways to deal with it, like educating them on what exactly they are doing wrong, and why they need to be more careful due to the real predators out there.
Seems like people are missing the entire point of these laws, which is to stop the exploitation and abuse of children. Making horny teens criminals for being horny teens is more abusive in my book and not what the laws were meant for.
