The first step for the new administration is to fire all the career justice employees that were illegally hired (vetted for their pro-Republican/Nazi views). The people who did illegal hiring like Bradley J. Schlozman, Michael Elston and Esther Slater McDonald (not to mention Gonzo) will hopefully be prosecuted and all the poisoned fruit of their crimes gone. See:
