A great job by Holly. She hung in for almost 2 hours and even put up with some freak from ADT that demanded emails and phonesex (typical). A fake CXXX came along for the ride, and BI was gracious enough to plug the shit out of his site every 2 seconds while showing off piss poor PW negotiation skills that ended in rejection.

This was arguably the best chat so far but next one should be announced at least a week ahead of time to give people more notice. Nice job to all.
