The trigger can be something good or bad. For example, the city has not only burned after the Pistons lost the NBA finals, but also after they won. And every year on Hallows Eve (Devil's Night in Motown), parts of the hood become a disco inferno. Halloween is very exciting, after all. Does anyone care to predict if Obama's inaugeration will be the end of the city? You think that might have something to do with the closure of industry over the past 20 years and the loss of jobs it's incurred. From what I've seen and read Detroit is a ghost town these days.
