Yeah, collagen aside, my first impression was the contorted smile making it seem like the muscles only work on one side, thus the botched botox idea. Imagine a vertical line dividing the two sides of the face. I do realize some people just smile unevenly, but she looks like a cat I once saw that got hit by a car and walked away.

She may hold a record for going from near-perfection (upon entering the biz) to needlessly jacked up in the shortest amount of time. Tragic.
