You're trying a little to hard here. To be fair its a lot harder when you use pictures that are actually centered and in focus.

Yeah, collagen aside, my first impression was the contorted smile making it seem like the muscles only work on one side, thus the botched botox idea. Imagine a vertical line dividing the two sides of the face. I do realize some people just smile unevenly, but she looks like a cat I once saw that got hit by a car and walked away.
