Just curious... i seem to find few morning people.. i wake up and i am ready to go.. love mornings..

Today, i wake up... gf is snoring like a fucking wilderbeast. whatever.. i go down, make coffee.. make breakfast.. watch tv.. try to wake her up to eat and get the fuck out, shes just draggin ass.. after 9 fucking hours sleep.. i sleep over 5 and i feel fucked..

Anyway.. just wondering if anyone here likes mornings and its ready to kick ass when the sun comes up?

BTW, my 4th grade music teacher once explained the good thing bout mornings.. when you wake up no one has fucked you over yet.. and all day people tear away chunks of your happiness til you are a prick at night:) ill stick with happy mornings..

It's 2pm here and I just woke up. The only time I'm up in the morning is if it's from the night before....

I'm definitely not a morning person. If and when I do have to wake up early i.e. before 9am then I either pull an all nighter or just take a lot of naps. I go to sleep around 3am every night. I find night time so much more quiet and peaceful to work in. Also night time has a cool ambience whereas day time is disgustingly infested with a bunch of people racing off to work and jogging.

Loop.. i worked midnights for years and know what yer sayin.. after that i worked mornings in a factory and got upa t 5am every day for 3 years.. now if i sleep past like 9am i feel like my whole day is fucked and no reason to even get up.(which is kinda true no matter when i get up:))

I used to loathe mornings. I was a total nighthawk until my late twenties and getting up early meant around ten. For the past several years my days have begun at six, which means getting up at quarter to five to be ready.

It was hard for the first couple of months but now I'm up by six even on my days off. I've come to covet my mornings as a time to do as I please. Some mornings it's a wake and bake, others I play with the dog, and sometimes I just revel in the quiet that surrounds my house, knowing it won't last long.

I prefer to wake up at around 11am-12pm but since I work I gotta wake up at 7am. After work I feel all tired but when I come home and do nothing for like 15 minutes then I am energetic.

I have so much trouble sleeping that I am an anytime I'm up person.

I'm not a morning person. Never really was, even though I've had a lot of jobs that required me to rise at 4-5 am.

Nowadays, I sleep till 10-11 am, unless I have to go to work or some other appointment. I don't fall asleep easily at night and don't sleep well during the night.
This combined with medication makes me a very slow starter. I need about an hour to get into gear. Coffee helps, cigarettes do help as well.

I get up around 8 AM usually but feel like a boiled turd until about noon or after.

Fortunately, I have a secure 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. $56K job.

Anything earlier, I would be grumpy from not getting enough sleep.

I'm now a morning person, but before, I was an "I'm up when there's a reason to be up" kind of person.

Not a morning person...I don't get up until 2 or 3 in the afternoon.

no, i hate wake up early, i wake up @ 10 or 11am, but i go to bed mostly @ 3am
