I'm not a morning person. Never really was, even though I've had a lot of jobs that required me to rise at 4-5 am.
Nowadays, I sleep till 10-11 am, unless I have to go to work or some other appointment. I don't fall asleep easily at night and don't sleep well during the night.
This combined with medication makes me a very slow starter. I need about an hour to get into gear. Coffee helps, cigarettes do help as well.
