Actually, model releases are usually universally upheld when litigated -- Sony and Sacha Boren Cohen were sued over the validity of the model releases used in the Borat production. Every single person who signed the release lost -- even the drunk fraternity boys in the RV. However, in LV it is not legal to shoot hardcore content and I really do think you are taking a chance.
