Again, Obama is not yet President, and the Repugs were in total control of American government from 2001-06, so it sounds like you have a problem with the Patriot Act and the Department of Homeland Security, nitwit.

I went to a community college. I barely passed all the classes like math and english and sciences with D's but in order to get a good GPA I had to take a shitload of art classes that I was good at so I even graduated with honors and got my associates dregee.

I've been wondering about these lawsuits. How do you sue a flock of geese? Aren't the geese responsible ground to bits? Do they perform DNA tests to establish geese relatives and go after them?
This is clearly an act of God and I don't see how anyone could be sued. Personally I wouldn't even expect the airline to pay for my wet luggage. This is a place to use the "travel insurance" you were too cheap to pay for.

Agreed. But there are sure to be some who will try to cash in on this, and there will be no shortage of lawyers eager to help them. I can hear it now..NYNJ Port Authority will be at fault for not knowing there were geese in the area..the pilot should have known about the danger..Pratt & Whitney has failed to make geese proof engines and on and on AND ON!!!
