Actually that is one that has some logic behind it. Albeit warped.

The argument that those who believe that sharing files for free would make is that they are trading content for which they have already paid with those who have already paid for another set of content. In this sense there is little difference between this group and say people who exchange original CDs after making a "backup" copy for their collection first.

But, those who download without contributing files do not buy anything are thus in "violation" for they have contributed nothing to anyone and thus "stolen" from both sets of contributors.
