In the UK, at University level (18+), at some more progressive institutions it is OK for students and tutors to fuck one another as long as a) student is not in tutor's class and b) Teacher has no role in evaluating said student's coursework or exams.

The caveats are there to fend off predictable accusations about extra-private tutoring or unfeasibly favourable marking, obviously.

I just found it kind of odd that one of those women on that list got charged for having sex with an 18 year old. As per my thoughts on feminism, if you're 18, you're 18...you are old enough to make up your own mind and live with the consequences.
