Further to my post in Gia Jordan's Inappropriate Question thread, I believe I have hit upon a solution which can help our already under-siege producers ride out these troubled times of economic uncertainty.
'Shemping' is a term coined by the people who made the movie Evil Dead, and it refers to an actor playing two or more characters/roles in the same movie. Sometimes it is done for fun, sometimes to save money.
In the porn industry, Latinas are often used to impersonate Indian chicks simply by sticking a bindi and a sari on them. This is an inventive way of getting around the paucity of hot Indian chicks in the biz at any given time.
However, I believe that producers can go a step further.
We know Latinas can pass as Latinas
We know Latinas can be passed off as Indian
Has anyone ever thought of passing Latinas off as Thai?
Think about it...some carefully applied Scotch tape near the temples to reshape the eyelids, throw a cheongsam on 'em, teach them to do a 'Wa' hand gesture and you've got yourself a totally fresh new talent pool of 'Little Brown Fucking Machines' without the hassle of having to fly over to Thailand and bribe the Police and dodge the AIDS and trannies. Horny fanboys will never know the difference!
I'm pitching this one to Larry Flynt ASAP, it will totally revolutionise Hustler's 'Asian Fever' series. If he won't take it, I'll sell it to his inbred relatives over at Flynt Media (or whatever they're calling themselves) if they've got any scratch left after Larry's lawyers have finished with them. Hell, if all else fails, I can sell it to David Aaron Clark.
The upshot is that this will save producers a small fortune in agency fees simply because you don't have to book three separate girls from three different agencies, plus you can probably negotiate a bulk discount with the talent because you'll be giving them three times the work.
Also, it's a great way for Latina performers who are 'shot out' to re-invent themselves and theoretically make three times the money their career would have netted them in the first place.
Basically, it's a winner on all fronts...make it so, Jeff!
