The good syrup has some codeine in it and will get you a better buzz if you can keep enough of it down. But you won't get it for $3.99.

I suggest Richard's Wild Irish Rose wine. Give a friend the first swig, you can tell if you have a good bottle by the look on his/her face.

Economics change, but normally you can get 3 fifths for one plasma donation.
