I can't say I'm up on such laws, but she's saying there's something about capturing and making public embarrassing cellphone type photos that she's pursuing in NJ.

I'm assuming "nip slips" and the like. Mine are quite tame in comparison, but I don't like being on her radar.

I've known her a long time and she's your typical Republican cunt - cute, too much make-up, bossy, bitchy and always trying to control people's lives and kill any fun. And, she's the kind that doesn't kid, bluff or exaggerate. If she says she's looking to pursue it, I believe her.

From the way she was talking, I think this "crime" falls under her jurisdiction at Christie's AG office. She says that people are "destroying the lives" of innocent victims with these captures, more specifically, the release of intimate moments as revenge or for profit "are undermining families", and "this must stop!" blah blah blah.

For giggles, I'm thinking of sending her a link to ExGirlfriends.com. Since she doesn't know real pornstars, I'm curious if she'll fall for their premise at first glance ...

In any case, a humorous rant will ensue.

In conclusion ... I think I prefer to have others test the law. So, once their interpretation has been overruled on appeal, I'll feel more comfortable about posting.
