Fuck that. Public place, no assumed privacy. Some states are challenging that, creating laws that require consent from all parties in the video/photo. That is to shield police from lawsuits and having to do there job the right way. MD, maybe MA, and another state are trying to push through legislation, NJ is not on that list.

Here in NJ you got cops refusing to give disclosure, because in the DUI evidence is the video tape of 4 cops standing around and fucking with a drunk immigrant. Or a hitting on the chick w/ a warrant and 2 grams of blow. Or breaking a guys balls that dressed as an Indian for Halloween.

Seems very flawed though. The way it read in the article made it seem like security camera video would then be illegal. I'm not going to try and find the article and site any sources, but I'd post the pics if I had them.

If I go to the shore this weekend, I hope to have a contender for the Butt Thread on my camera.
