Christian Science followers are individual hicks with no backing. They are easy pickins' for prosecutions.

I seriously believe that government agencies, including the US Justice Dept, are scared to get into it with the Church of Scientology. In a legal case that took 26 years and is now legendary, Scientology won tax exempt status as a religion from the IRS. They were literally able to outspend and outlast the federal government. They show the same determination every time they're challenged.
