It will come out in time, but it does seem at least according to news reports tonight, that the kid was on seizure meds. (I would not be surprised at all, however, if he wasn't on any kind of meds.) He had a full-time nurse of sorts, but may nonetheless have been down and out on the bathroom floor for hours and hours after falling and seizing, or vice versa.
