I spent this entire morning on the phone with several divergent friends: A former co-worker, 1994-1999, from the Bay Area who I hadnt seen in 2 years; A friend-escort from San Diego; and one of my little sister's (real sister, not ceara) ex-boyfriends from 1990 who I still see a few times a year at strip clubs in Hartford.

Exclude the friend-escort for a moment and focus with me on the 2 dudes: Both guys are Getting divorced, my former co-worker after 19 years of imprisonment and 2 kids, and my little sisters ex after 8 years and 1 kid. In both these cases, there was NO incident or cause of divorce due to sexual infidelity. NOPE...it appears, simply put, both parties grew sick and tired of the other. In my co-worker's case, the situation was exacerbated by financial hardship (apparently his wife, while not fucking around on him was FUCKING HIM OVER in the money department, racking up over $140,000 in credit card debt.)

It made me think of THIS article I just read: Marriage, it may be an even WORSE form of suicide than Overdosing on TYLENOL.....

And even if the ultimate divorce isnt caused by sexual issues or cheating, the initial urge to merge in the first place was no doubt in LARGE measure caused by a desire to have a regular, easy sex partner on hand, that blinded the young fools to the dangers and pitfalls awaiting them with this partner. We can only hope and pray that out beloved Holly Randall will take it slow and sensible with her new found love in Britannia ....

Times like these where I feel oh so superior...by cultivating quality relationships with quality whores, I avoid the rat trap, I have a decent attractive variety of mouths to feed a couple times a month, I can be open and honest with the girls on my Varsity squad and as a result be better friends with these whores than most guys are with their wives....and I am FREE. Free to...shuffle around and substitute NEW whores/friends when one becomes hackneyed (or moves away, or gets arrested, or ODs, or becomes Pregnified.)

I want Marriage BANNED. Just draft some children's laws and rules for raising rugrats and let people go free with their lives....
