Happy New Year to everyone too! Snow storm here. So we're staying home. Too many drunks out there tonight to risk a car crash. So I have to decide if it's the MTV or Dick Clark specials tonight. Oh the fucking joy.

Meh, I have to work tonight. No biggie, New Year's Eve has become Valentine's Day with more alcohol and less flowers. If you are single and not seeing anyone you might as well live in a cave on New Year's Eve.

For sober alcoholics, we call it "Amateur Night." I never wanted to venture out, drinking or not. In the Army, I used to make $50 taking someone's CQ or guard duty.

We in AA do a "searching and fearless moral inventory" as step four. If you are looking back over your year, and planning the next year, may you have the courage to honestly ask what you truly believe, how well you have followed your beliefs, and ways to change in areas where you seem to go against your beliefs. My hopes are that you may follow your heart, or gut, or soul, or whatever you really believe, while being open minded to other views.

This year I didn't do anything special. I've worked today at my parents' place. Cutting down trees etc. Ate something, made a nice fire, lighted some old fireworks from last year and went home around 22:00 hrs.

Took a shower and played a computer game. Then I checked into XPT.

It's very, very foggy here, so I couldn't see any fireworks. Besides, fireworks are only fun, if I can light it myself.

Lately, Next Life: Reprobates & NiBiRu (still playing). Both games are developed by a Czech company, which makes for some odd translations. Also, I have some Japanese anime/hentai stuff lying around.

Earlier, Nikopol, Outcry, Sinking Island (very nice), Art of Murder & The Lost Crown.

Happy New Year! My new years resolution was to be a complete dick in 09. One thing I've learned about this industry is that you have to be a dick to succeed. If you look at all the people who are killing it in this industry they're all dicks. About ten minutes and ten Maker Mark shots into the new year I got into a fight for being a dick, so that ones out the window.



Anyways, Happy New Years XXXPT, keep making me laugh.
