The update I have on Emily Evermoor is that she'll be in prison until July, 2010. Evermoor agreed to a plea arrangement [the circumstances are asked to be held confidential] and will have to serve 85% of two years with credit for time served. She's still currently at Lynwood and will be there for the next couple of weeks before she's transferred to a state facility. [We'll include that info when we get that.]

I don't understand why she is being incarcerated but they will not make public the reason(s) why. What's up with that?
