Evermoor agreed to a plea arrangement [the circumstances are asked to be held confidential] and will have to serve 85% of two years with credit for time served. She's still currently at Lynwood and will be there for the next couple of weeks before she's transferred to a state facility. [We'll include that info when we get that.]
