I don't know, guys. I saw Ruby's "compromise=failure" more as 'compromising one's self = failure'. If you're dating a guy who is bad for you and hoping he'll change, that's compromising yourself. That's much different than compromising in a relationship. Of course, relationships shouldn't be 'my way or the highway.'
