I paid only about US$6K for old Tioga a few years back and rented it out at US$500/mo and got my $$ out of it already.
So... As I said, yours beats it to a bloody pulp.
Likely one of these years will turn it into an "Art-Car" and chill out with the naked hippies in BRC.
