Jayco is a good value, and a fairly solid build. Don't be intimidated by the holding tanks, 10 minutes of training and some common sense, you'll know what to do. I use no chemicals, and Scott toilet paper is single ply. Never had a problem.

A bigger issue for you may be towing and backing if you are not familiar with it.
