From what I can gather, punching someone, though she says she was taken in was just to file and police report and not arrested.

Kayden's take in her own words:

"[A] giant ugly person stepped out of the pack and headed straight towards me. I immediately sensed trouble. Call me crazy but when a 300 lb. man comes at me with arms outstretched saying “tittie” with spittle in the corner of his mouth I get nervous. I had every right to be. He didn’t stop. He kept telling me he wanted to grab my titties in between reaching for my titties as I batted his hands away and said “no” like a frustrated mother disciplining an annoying child. Finally he put his hands down and looked me straight in the eye and told me in a very serious tone that he was “gonna grab my titties.” I couldn’t help it. From where I was sitting on the bike it was a clear shot. I could see every missing tooth. Every stringy greasy hair stuck to his waxy skin. Every clogged pore. Every spit bubble.

I hit him square in the face. If I had put any real thought into it I probably would have waited until the cops got closer or my motorcycle driver was paying attention and I probably would have thrown an elbow instead. I did not do that though and for some reason was quite surprised when the fucker hit me back. There was nothing I could do and it sucked as I watched him disappear back into the crowd. There was no easy way to get off the bike and even if I had it would have been pointless because I was topless and in heels and he had 200 lbs. on me. Luckily my helmet deflected the blow and I only got a small cut under my lip. I can handle it.

They brought me down to the station to file a police report after the parade was over. Yesterday I made it into the New Zealand system by being detained by airport security. Today I had this. I’m two for two."
