Most of the stuff is filmed in Budapest Hungary by the looks of it, probably because you'd never get away with it in San Francisco and the women over there are willing to do more for less. Some of it is set up to look real and some of it is real. I suspect if you tried this on the streets of LA or other major U.S. metropolis either the cops would show up and arrest you within a few minutes or some armed crims would show up and rob the crew and abduct and rape the women.
