Set them up? She lied about her age but so did many back then and even today. She wasn't the first. She was just the most famous underage star.

She never went public. Porners say she went to the FBI herself. But what do you expect them to say? She says the FBI had a file on her for three years. She was in porn for three years! The FBI don't arrest anyone right away after finding out information. They sometimes take years. Many people knew she was underage. Her family for starters. And a few others.

The scandal broke after that one movie of hers was done after she turned 18. But many in porn think it was this grande scheme of hers so she can sell it. She did sell it but was suppose to get back the master copy after I think 5 years. She never got it back. She spent many years and about a million dollars going to court trying to get back that master copy so she says she could burn and put her past behind her.

Many theories have floated around as to who tipped off the FBI. Traci, her family, the stepfather who brought her into Jim South's studio when she was 14, the boys at school who brought a porn magazine to school and asked her (Nora) if Traci Lords is really her, a rival porn star, a rival porn company, or MAYBE it was just the FBI all along.
