After her pregnancy she seemed to get if not skinnier, at least more rangy and tough looking. The ultrashort haircut and tats don't help either. She might look less scuzzy if she gained a few pounds and got a little tanned. Then again, after all the fisting, dildoing, spitting and penetrating, it's tough to keep a fresh look.
