I'd like to take this opportunity to apologise to the world for the abomination that is/was the Spice Girls, even though I have never contributed so much as a penny to their earnings. Not only were they a really shitty manufactured girl group, but I see them as being the seed that sparked off all this X Factor/Pop Idol/American Idol crapfest that followed. Those shows make me feel like Charlton Heston when he discovers the Statue of Liberty in 'Planet Of The Apes'.
