Tylenol in excess of 4 grams per day (thats 8 regular strength pills) is considered toxic. Many ignorant depressed, BROKE Idiots attempt suicide by swallowing 30+ of these fuckers. OR, they accidentally kill themselves by Consuming a HUGE amount of Vicodin or Percocet, which has both Tylenol (acetamenophen) and opiates....
It is THE absolute worse fucking way to kill yourself, with the possible expcetion of slowly burning death. You swallow the tylenol and then about 12 hours later, your Liver is TOTALLY blown and then the fun reallys tarts....you die in agony and despair as ALL the things your Liver does for you STOP.
If you are Lucky, someone rushes you to the hospital, and after having your stomach pumped and waiting to access the amount of liver damage done, IF there has been a car accident and a brain dead Liver Donor is available, they might let you have a new liver. But surviving a liver transplant is a total crapshoot, and you may only end up INCREASING your suffering before you die.
My guess is, Anastasia either had a percoet habit and just went overboard by accident....OR she swallowed the tylenol secretly hoping someone would find her in time to save her.
If you really want to check out, if you dont possess a large caliber firearm which does the job in about 10 seconds with NO suffering...your best bet is to fill a hot bath tub and then open your veins LENGTH wise after sitting in the water for 10 minutes.
If you have a pile of Heroin, or 60+ morphine tablets, that can be a pleasant way to die, but isnt FOOL proof...you could end up just killing your brain, or worse only part of it, and then spending years having your ass wiped by Miss Trunchbull.

As Da Burgler pointed out, it's nowhere near 100 capsules to do very serious damage and possibly kill you.
