Round them all up and organize a spectacle where 2 tweakers meet in the middle of a stadium and trade blows with cricket bats till one of them dies then the next constestant gets sent in. And so on.

And SPR: I have no idea. My experience with meth was rather positive. The one time I used it I did really well at school that day but was largely unimpressed with it as a recreational drug.
