oh and we had two uniformed MP's there just to make sure soldiers arent patronizing the joint

Soldier's can't go to strip clubs?

John Candy mud-wrestling the strippers was the best scene in Stripes.

In military regulations under uniform regulations....it would be unbecoming and some shit. Especially if you were drinking.....I was stationed next to a naval base 4 years....enlisted personnel could come in just not in uniform.

While visiting DC I noticed a lot of UDUSSS coming into Camelot Show Bar. I don’t know why they were coming in other then to see some tail.....I used to call that place the pumpkin patch....due to the fact that no dancer had REAL breasts....and most were "stripper" enhanced.....

They snuck off base in Stripes….and you made the right call…..damn good scene!

Its right up there with…………………………..

Captain Stillman: [spying on female soldiers taking showers] I wish I was a loofah.

thats true- thats why it was wierd
sometimes, sure, uniformed guys used to come in, but not lately
lately, no soldiers whatsoever
the MP's told leslie they were there to make sure no soldiers came in
they mostly stayed outside and bullshitted, didnt buy dances, didnt tip didnt watch stage, but the tall one did buy me a redbull that got me out of house fee so that was cool
they were nice
theres some rumor that every club here except tnt's is on some supposed "blacklist" for the afb, ft carson and all military in general
but remers right about the uniform thing- the soldiers are not supposed to be in there in uniform at all
i dont know how tightly thats controlled though as during summer, like in august? it was full of camoflage in there
just not anymore
so they must be crackin down on it- whether its for the uniform issue or not, i dont know
